The complex offers privacy, modern comfort and luxury, together with its historical character. The property has been recently and totally restored featuring contemporary/renovated interiors perfectly combined with the historical architecture of the buildings.

This large estate can be ideally separated in two wings: the Main House guests to 11 individually and tastefully decorated bedrooms (8 doubles and 3 Junior suites, for a capacity up to 26 guests). The Dependence, in the pool area, is home to a further two independent Garden Junior Suites each with a kitchenette, separate entrance and private portico. All rooms afford breathtaking views over the Umbrian hills and valleys.

Room bookings include the buffet breakfast: cold cuts, fresh pastries and fresh-bread baked, homemade jams, seasonal fruits and a selection of the area’s excellent local cheeses.

There is also an inner restaurant – decorated in charming style, where the chef resident committed to using only the finest ingredients locally produced and specialized on healthy Italian cuisine based on simplicity, quality and creativity.

GARDEN AND POOL

The large fenced private park features roses, aromatic herbs, lavender, fruit trees and an olive groove with a green lawn under the olive trees. Dinners or special events can take place in this charming part of the garden that is illuminated by external lights.The garden and outside dining areas have been projected and designed as an hymn to conviviality, it offers total privacy and wide views of the valley, with hills and mountains in the distance. There are multiple outside dining and lounging areas and it makes this property perfect for a large group: a portico with table and chairs; a furnished pergola making this area ideal for al fresco dining or for preparing an aperitivo by the pool.

The swimming pool is located within the garden, boasts superb views of the surrounding hills. It is rectangular in shape and measures 8 x 13m, and equipped with its own lighting system, an ancient-Rome-style staircase and whirlpool jets. The surrounding sunbathing area is paved with terracotta tiles and furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas.

WEDDING AND MORE

This enchanting estate offers the perfect frame for a charming destination wedding, an ideal location for a relaxed, intimate and natural countryside wedding. The property is ideal for event and weddings, up to 100 people (outside area) and inside ideal for 50 guests, in the gorgeous restaurant room with access to stunning ‘portico’.

A special wedding dinner can be served by candlelight on the spacious, panoramic pergola, surrounded by the fragrant flowers of lush country garden. In the cooler months, guests can enjoy their dinner in the cozy dining room, in front of a warm fire.

Also in summertime, the wedding reception can be served in the shade of the covered porch from which you enjoy the stunning view of the Umbrian hills as they roll down towards the valley.

The symbolic wedding ceremony can be hosted in the open air, in a magical nook in venueʼs fragrant garden that will enchant you and your guests with whom you can then celebrate this special day.
