This charming venue, built on the ruins of an ancient monastery of monks dating back to the fifteenth century, is surrounded by nature and located in the green of the Umbrian countryside.
The estate is a large property with a main building, completely restored, that maintain the original architecture in the indoor halls and also in the beautiful fourteen rooms all furnished with the natural luxury of good taste and different from each other. This venue offer plenty of panoramic seating areas outdoors for quiet moments or lively al fresco meals as a group. There are panoramic point of view available as the dining areas, an outdoor swimingpool ideal for the aperitif and relaxing time, a wonderful corner of gardens surrounded the olive trees and a main panoramic hall (that can hold up to 70 guests) with an amazing view over the surrounding valleys dotted with olive grove, vineyards and hilltop hamlets. With the bad weather for the plan B it’s also present the Bistrot, a characteristic hall with exposed beams and vaulted ceilings.

Also the venue has a fully licensed professional restaurant and bar facility that can organize all kind of private dinners, banquets, celebrations, private chef cooking demonstrations and cooking classes. The restaurant offers traditional dishes based on regional recipes and all ingredients come either from organic crop production (olive oil, spices, vegetables etc…) of local farmers.
