This stunning “borgo” has clearly been restored with love and with a strong sense of tradition. This venue is an old peasant hamlet that dates to the mid 1600s, it lays into one the most undisturbed part of Umbria, close to Lake Trasimeno ideal for enjoying spectacular sunsets.
The hamlet as well as the houses themselves, the hamlet’s outbuildings such as former barns, cellars, tobacco barns, pigsties and stables, have been converted into apartments of various sizes. Each apartment is equipped with every modern comfort and furnished in simple Umbrian country style. For a wedding at the “borgo”, the most wonderful way of using this venue is to rent the entire property for a long weekend. At present for the internal option there are an elegant room (with independent heating and air conditioning) which takes up to 70 people capacity. Instead the external option capacity for a wedding party is an illuminated lawned wedding area of about 600 m2, comprising a 50 m2 dance floor, the charming little village square and the panoramic swimming pool.
